Background

About Yves Maxant

Prior to joining 'Dirigeants & Partenaires', I developed my career by assuming Human Resources hand-on responsibilities across a diverse range of industries, with a profound interest in personal development. Through navigating various transformations, I gained expertise in- organizational changes, employee relations, and personal development/coaching - adapting to evolving business contexts, including the integration of mergers & acquisitions. Within the management team, each member contributes to translating strategy into action, which needs a strong sense of self-awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels. These themes are central to me and to the clients I coach, whether they are actively in their roles or in a professional transition. Furthermore, I engage in ongoing collaboration with HR Directors, addressing their challenges, understanding their needs, and co-creating solutions together.
