My career has been defined by a commitment to technical excellence, safety, and innovation in highly regulated and demanding environments. Currently serving as Lead Electrical Engineer and electrical specialist at Subsea 7, I specialize in offshore electrical systems, overseeing both topside and subsea electrical scopes. I lead multidisciplinary teams, manage international collaborations and drive the full lifecycle of high-voltage systems, from concept and design to manufacturing and testing, up to offshore installation. My background includes- Qualification of subsea and offshore power converters for energy infrastructure- Leadership in electrical distribution systems, including safety-critical LV/HV networks, diesel generators, and industrial battery systems- Technical support for I&C equipment qualification in nuclear power plant renovation projects- Project management, subcontractor coordination, and tendering for electrical packages in both conventional and renewable energy sectors. I thrive in cross-functional, international environments, and bring a strong understanding of engineering standards, client expectations, and the operational realities of offshore and nuclear projects.
