About Yvette Beard

I have had the privilege to support and serve both Army and Air Force soldiers and their families for over 34 years. I spent 4 years in the Air Force(AF) as an active duty medical assistant and continued to work for the AF for many years, both stateside and abroad. This was a natural segway to my future as a Registered Nurse. I have continued to serve the military with the Army here at Ft. Bragg in North Carolina. Over the course of the last 20 years I have worked in Family Medicine- helping a provider start his new practice just him and I! I spent six and a half years in the Operating Room- probably one of my favorite jobs. I have managed an Oral Surgery clinic, to include a residency program. I took a spin in a urology clinic where my elderly patients taught me so much. My current position as a nursing has been my most challenging- especially when you start it during a pandemic! I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to the table and look forward to what my nursing career has in store for me!
