I have just completed my course work for obtaining my Bachelor of Science IT Information Security Specialist. The knowledge I have obtained I can apply directly to enterprise network management. My tenacity and enthusiasm towards achieving: The success of a great company is dependent upon the ability of your employees to work well with a diverse clientele, evaluate situations and find the best way to resolve them, while remaining focused on the issue until the solution is reached. This is precisely the process I follow at my current employer Walgreen Pharmacy. Skillfulness and ingenuity: Technology is in a constant evolution. As a senior certified pharmacy technician I posses the skills to collect insurance charge backs and mold multiple technicians with different skill levels into valuable employees. My ability to lead and provide an example has made me adept at diffusing confrontations between employees and clients. My education at the University of Phoenix has enabled me to be proficient in multiple operating systems and using network administration tools. I have a comprehensive understanding of network protocols, database administration, intrusion detection, and risk analysis.
