About Yvette Haring

Wide experience in building and re-building HR and L&D departments, focusing on people, processes and outcomes, creating a strong foundation. I generally work at two levels: strategically, with a long-term view and continuous improvement in mind, and deep-dive with my people in the areas needing attention to ensure the quality of work in all areas. At my best when working with executive decision makers, both from an in-house role or on a project basis. I am result driven, and through persistence bring projects to successful conclusion. I am known for bringing order into chaos, adding structure, insights and high-level direction. Core competencies include team leadership, HR transformation, talent management and change management. Also solid experience in Talent Development. I thrive in challenging environments which require advanced critical thinking and complex problem solving, ideally in an international environment which builds on my experience in Europe and the Middle East. Although I have experience in a wide range of sectors, including consulting, engineering, financial, hospitality and facilities management services as well as oil and gas, the people challenges for the organisation are more of a driver than the industry itself.
