About Yvette Leonor

I’m the cool and collected single mom of a voguish, but responsible 16-year-old son, a sweet 9-year-old daughter and a one-year-old kitten named Beauty. I used to live in the Middle East (14 years) and eventually moved home to the Philippines. Baguio was calling me back with its slower pace, cool climate, mountain views and serene energy. I decided to stay here so my family can breathe and stretch our legs. I am also a self-taught baker with a passion for expressing my artistic side through sugar and spice and everything nice. For a while I took orders for custom cakes as my creations spread through word of mouth, but I did not care for the marketing side of things (nor the cleaning up side of things) so I now keep it as a hobby which is enough to give my life balance. I love hiking and traveling and am a huge landscape enthusiast. One day I’d love to see the beauty of the Swiss Alps and see the tulip fields in the Netherlands, and to go back to Japan again to enjoy the cherry blossom season. I guess a trip to the Maldives Islands may not be a bad idea either… Although I went to school for Computer Science, my mom and sister are in Healthcare. Perhaps that is why I have a secret addiction to American medical dramas such as New Amsterdam, Chicago Med, The Resident, and The Good Doctor… and why I enjoy working for E-Health? I also love watching Korean/Taiwanese dramas (even though the subtitles give me a headache), and reality shows like Survivor, and The Amazing Race,( a show I would love to be on, so Phil Keoghan, if you're reading this, send me a connection request:) I still want to learn how to do drift and circuit driving one day because I’ve had this dream since my college days and I am going to revive that dream soon.
