For Yvette Teng, real estate isn’t just a career; it’s a calling. As a global citizen who has lived all over the world, including Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, Yvette has always had a passion for people. She made her way to the United States in 1998, where she established a successful career at a private international trading company and was quickly promoted to manager. In 2004, she decided to become an agent and put her diverse skill set to work for buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area. Yvette is personable and attentive, yet motivated and professional. Her many strengths serve her clients and put them at ease. In her extensive travels, she learned how to be flexible, receptive, and creative. As a manager, she thrived due to her skills in organization, leadership, and efficiency. As an agent, her chief aim is to provide her clients with positive, seamless transactions. When you work with Yvette, you can feel confident that she’s working tirelessly toward your goals. Yvette’s concern for people’s well-being is evident in everything she does. In addition to her work as a full-time agent, she volunteers with the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society by participating in their 8Ks, half-marathons, and marathons to raise funding for the organization. She’s also involved in local schools, Children’s Miracle Network, and Hands Across the Water. Yvette is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Teochew. She has advanced designations such as Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realtor® (GRI). She also has a Quality Service Certification (QSC).
