I deliver results by leveraging my training and education, diverse clinical background, and collaborative leadership style to manage patient flow, provide the highest level of care, and support both administrative and clinical care delivery. I tackle the tough challenges and solve the most complex problems by developing strategies to make smarter, more ethical, and culturally-sensitive healthcare delivery decisions. I love solving problems and eagerly take on new challenges and responsibilities. I also enjoy working with and leading diverse teams. I think that knowing how to communicate and connect with people is essential. I am a firm believer that trust, likeability, and confidence are also cornerstones to developing relationships. I use a tailored approach to presenting complex ideas and solutions when speaking with patients and patient family members, always keeping their understanding, interest, and expertise in mind.
