I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. Over the years, I’ve discovered that my true passion lies in helping people—whether through direct support or behind-the-scenes efforts that make a meaningful difference. My professional background includes interviewing students to ensure the right program fit, supporting individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges, and most recently, creating contracts for the U.S. government. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful solutions. I’m now eager to transition into recruiting, where I can blend my HR knowledge, business acumen, and people-focused approach to match individuals with opportunities where they can thrive. My long-term goal is to grow within Human Resources and specialize in recruitment—helping organizations build strong teams while empowering people to achieve their career goals.
