I've never been one who likes to sit around and wait for things to happen, I view myself as someone who goes after things that others feel are "risky" or may be unattainable due to the high probability of failure. A large part of why I chose my career was because of the "high risk/high reward" aspect of being a freight broker. Anyone who has this mentality is meant to be in the world of logistics, and/or sales in general. As a freight broker, I'm selling services and operations. I'm a single point of contact broker who will answer my phone 24/7/365 for my clients. While I do have independent confidence in myself and my abilities, I will be the first person to stress the vitality of Team Success and Team Harmony. In the world of business, I feel that I will only be as successful as the team that I am apart of, and I'm willing to do everything I can to ensure the constant improvement of my team and then myself.
