About Zach Britton

My name is Zach C. Britton, and my journey into design leadership has been shaped by a passion for collaboration and creative problem-solving. It all started when I was a kid. I cracked open a comic book, and there I was in the world of an artist. Jumping forward to my time in College, earning a B.A. in Art and Design, I discovered I had a talent for leadership, coaching my fellow artists, and a knack for healthy critique. Flash forward to now, and looking back over the past eight years, I've continued to do just that: I've dedicated myself to building high-performing, product-focused teams that can tackle cross-product challenges while creating cohesive, user-focused experiences and starting as a designer, I know what it's like to be on the ground floor working with internal or external clients. I've used that to help coach designers and to help inform our products to ensure seamless execution across diverse initiatives. I've spent hours outside of work escaping to fantastical and sci-fi realms, world-building, and practicing storytelling through sketching, digital painting, and concept design. That is where it all began, so I know I can confidently say that I'll never stop exploring my passion for art and leadership.
