About Zach Dorman

I design organizations where people thrive and results last. As a People & Culture Executive, I specialize in organizational development, leadership growth, and culture transformation for mission-driven companies.Over my career, I’ve led cross-functional, multi-state teams and overseen complex transformations with measurable results: attrition reduced by 69%,$4M in savings through operational redesign, and $100K saved on build-outs while improving team experience. What sets me apart is a systems-based approach. I created PREVAIL, a values-to-execution framework that turns strategy into consistent daily actions. By aligning vision with structure, leaders develop faster, teams gain clarity, and organizations grow without burnout.I believe leaders grow best when they develop alongside their teams, and with that growth comes the responsibility to create environments where people feel safe, confident, and equipped to achieve meaningful results. I’m currently focused on executive People & Culture, Organizational Development, and COO roles where culture, leadership, and strategy intersect. I also share insights on culture transformation and leadership development, and I welcome connections with peers committed to building thriving organizations.
