Core Skills Monitor Engineer Experience as a monitor engineer for four years at Lakewood Church, located in the former Compaq Center in Houston, Texas. I regularly mixed for over 30 worship leaders and musicians on the Studer Vista X. I managed up to seven regular weekly services in the main auditorium which seats Production Manager I was the Production Manager for Johnnyswim and CCM artist Matthew West. I also have experience as a production manager for conferences and special events at Lakewood Church. I met with artists’ PMs and music directors and reviewed riders to determine artists’ needs and requirements. I managed backline and audio rentals, as well as staffing and rigging. I am well versed in creating input lists and stage plots. While my background is in audio, I have a fundamental knowledge of Lighting, LED, and rigging. Quality Control Experience as an Audio Quality Control engineer with VER. Worked with every major brand of audio gear to ensure flawless functionality and appearance. I have performed extensive repairs to Shure UHFR gear, RTS, Telex, Avid consoles, and more. I have a strong understanding of the insides and workings of most audio components.
