About Zach Fishman

As an investor, lender and operator, my 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate and real estate law enable me to provide oversight across all investment activity, including deal structuring, due diligence, as well as all partnership and loan agreements. As a Principal at Bentridge Capital, I’ve played an integral role in leading the acquisition, development, management and financing of $275M worth of real estate, comprising millions of square feet. I further serve as a Principal at Pantheon Capital Partners and its affiliate, Pantheon Capital Funding. Pantheon Capital Partners is a real estate operator and developer focused on acquiring distressed assets, while Pantheon Capital Funding is a private lender which provides structured financing for commercial real estate clientele in the form of secured mezzanine and first trust loans. Additionally, I serve as Director of Compliance at Helios Capital Management, a private real estate investment firm based in Bethesda, MD. Helios Capital Management provides real estate fund investment and management services to private capital and institutional investors in the Washington Metropolitan Area. At DRV, I serve as Principal and Director of Asset Management, responsible for leading the firm's investment activity and managing day-to-day operations for the firm's portfolio.
