About Zach Hanson

Working with Neurodivergent individuals to assist in professional development and overcoming barriers to employment. I have served a variety of clients, providing support to advocate for equitable opportunities in the workplace. I have promoted assistive technology tools, reasonable accommodations, and carved job roles to employers within the community. I strive to be a resource to both employers and job seekers in the pursuit of creating increasingly inclusive environments for Neurodivergent people. I am a proponent of tangible social progression for, inclusivity, equity, trauma informed perspectives, and intersectionality within the professional community. All resources related to Preferred Employment Programs are free for both participating clients and community entities.
