About Zach Henderson

I am a Full-Time Physical Education teacher at Aliso Niguel High School. My workload consists of all Freshman Physical Education classes, as they will join me in their first experiences at their new high school. Additionally, I am the Head Lacrosse Coach for the Boys' Lacrosse Program at Aliso Niguel. We are establishing a culture that values commitment, heart, work ethic, and community. I have graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Teacher Education. I have a fueled passion for working with today's youth, and have done so in my prior experience as a high school lacrosse coach. I have coached lacrosse for the past 9 years, and will continue to do so as my career evolves into a larger spectrum inside of the schools. My objectives as a teacher, coach, and professional are to inspire people to change for the better. Whether it is teaching about nutrition or life lessons, I fully engulf myself into every topic with the hopes of providing inspiration and change among anyone I encounter. I am a firm believer that a steady work ethic will lead me to many avenues in life, and I try to enhance that to all of my students and players. With the current concerns in America's health, it is up to myself and my upcoming colleagues to change the landscape of these trends, as well as change the general view of Physical Education among the general population.
