About Zach Hinkemeyer

i'm a strategic talent advisor and executive recruiting professional who believes great hiring starts with listening. i advise hiring leaders who to hire, and who not to. i lead with curiosity, calm, and integrity, creating space for people to be candid about what they want, what they’re good at, and where they’re headed. over time, i’ve become known for my ability to listen deeply, recognize patterns, and translate nuance into clear, actionable insight. trust just might be the most scalable tool in recruiting in my opinion.i think in systems, not silos. i look beyond the job description or resume to how people, teams, and business goals connect and use that perspective to help hiring leaders and organizations make thoughtful, confident decisions.my work is grounded in trust. candidates feel seen. hiring leaders feel supported. and clarity replaces noise.if you value clarity, honesty, and thoughtful partnership in hiring, we’ll work well together.recent hires:vp of operations | chicagovp of quality | chicagodirector of engineering | iowalean manufacturing director | chicagosupply chain manager | minneapolisgeneral manager | menomoniepurchasing manager | chicagofield service manager | chicagoelectrical engineering manager | minneapolis
