About Zach Hurst

I am a Corporate Finance student at Rutgers University, with an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Camden County College. Alongside my studies, I’ve gained hands-on experience in restaurants, bartending events, and retail, where I developed strong communication skills, adaptability, and composure under pressure. Working in fast-paced environments taught me to listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, skills that I can now bring into the world of finance. My passion for financial advising and private equity stems from a deep interest in how numbers tell stories, how strategy drives outcomes, and how thoughtful planning can change lives. I’ve built my foundation through coursework, educational resources, and meaningful conversations with industry professionals. I’m actively seeking opportunities in finance, including internships, entry-level roles, or shadowing experiences, where I can continue learning and contribute meaningfully. If you share a passion for finance, mentorship, or building something impactful, I’d love to connect. Thanks for your time, Zach Hurst
