About Zach Kiser

My professional construction career consists of over 14 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. I began my career in the field as a laborer, working up to a field superintendent. Thanks to job experience combined with formal education, I became an estimator and project manager for multiple general contractors managing multi-million dollar projects in multiple states. I've gained in-depth knowledge of construction estimating, planning, scheduling, managing administrative and field personnel, cost control, safety, engineering, and client relations. I have achieved my associate's degree in Architecture and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. I hold multiple career certifications such as AIC-AC, LEED Green Associate and OSHA 30-Hour. I've attended and completed multiple professional seminars and training certifications (Fred Pryor, Leadership Management International, and similar). My off hours are typically busier than on-the-clock with four young daughters, traveling, boating, golfing, camping, as well as projects around the house and for close friends and family.
