About Zach Krantz

Zach Krantz, CFP®, has been a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley since 2012. In that time I have been recognized as a Pacesetter in 2018 by Morgan Stanley, earned the Senior Vice President and Portfolio Management Director designations, a Century Club Member since 2024 and I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Prior to that I got my Master’s degree in Criminology, worked for a minor league baseball team and worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters. My work in sports, the nonprofit environment and personal preferences help me bring a non-finance personality to the finance world. Transparency, honesty and clear conversations are foundations on which I base my client relationships. My goal is to go beyond just investment advice. When working with clients we review all aspects of their financial world (insurance, debt, education, etc…) and create a detailed financial plan to help achieve their goals. I monitor the progress of their portfolio, whether through traditional investments, socially responsible investments or other options. When not working I am either with family, my dogs and friends, helplessly cheering on the Bulls or Bears, watching movies and television, listening to books and podcasts, attempting and failing to personally fix up our old home or refusing to let go of my childhood interests (gaming).
