About Zach Martin

At Appalachian State University, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I focused my learning on event management, crisis communication, project management, networking, and leadership development through my coursework and extra-curricular involvements. At RE/MAX Integrity, I was recently promoted to a regional management position where I supervise the production, retention, and business operations of over 35 Real Estate Brokers across two markets, totaling over in volume annually. At Björnson Vineyard I oversaw a 600+ wine club membership, co-managed all marketing efforts, coordinated events, and served delicious wine in our tasting room! Within two weeks of full-time employment, I implemented a new reservation system and within 90 days overhauled the wine club management system through new software implementation. I got my start in Client Relationship Management as the Account Management Intern at Moxie (Now: Formerly Known As) in Atlanta, GA where I was tasked with managing client contacts, coordinating meetings, and supporting AM operations on accounts such as Delta Air Lines, Kohl's, BB & T, Wells Fargo, OceanSpray, and DrivenBrands. I held many volunteer leadership positions throughout my career, I am the current Chair of The RE/MAX Integrity Foundation and support the Oregon Realtors Home Foundation as a Board Member. Formerly, at Appalachian State University; I served as the Director of the North Carolina Association of Residence Halls, and previously the Associate Director for Media Marketing in the same organization, a Senator in Student Government, the Marketing Chair for Dance Marathon 2018, and a Resident Assistant 2015-2016. Passionate about social and environmental sustainability, building relationships, and applying innovative thinking to current systems; I value reflection, improvement, and transparency. I strive for success and inclusion by challenging the status quo and searching for learning opportunities in each new endeavor.
