About Zach Orlando

I am passionate about advancing residential and light commercial HVAC solutions, with specialized expertise in hydronic heating systems—ranging from high-efficiency boilers and air-to-water heat pumps to radiant floor heating and complex multi-zone configurations. My experience encompasses full-cycle system design, including heat loss calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulic layouts, and control integration. I lead and oversee installations of boilers, indirect water heaters, buffer tanks, and diverse hydronic heat emitters such as radiant panels and air handlers, ensuring every system is optimized for efficiency and reliability. In addition to installation, I manage a hydronic service department—acting as the lead technician responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of diverse hydronic systems. I prioritize staying current with manufacturer updates, emerging technologies, and evolving industry standards to deliver durable, code-compliant solutions. With a strong focus on team development, I facilitate ongoing technical training and certification, empowering our technicians to execute installations and service with precision and confidence. My goal is to design, build, and maintain hydronic systems that perform at peak efficiency and provide lasting comfort and value to clients.
