I used beautiful soup integrated with ChatGPT to automatically validate HTML elements to scrape. After data collection, I improved the organization and handling of the database, improving handling speed by 40%. I also supported operations management by managing tickets, workflow rules, and scheduling of client requests and troubleshooting. Lastly, I made multiple project proposals for internal improvements content/marketing strategies projected to increase community involvement and internet traction. In my current position as a Transaction Analyst, I critically analyze of customer data in ERCOT and our customer facing portals to act on customer information and power outages during the peak engagement times of summer. My spreadsheet skills have contributed to my success in this position, as my familiarity with the Microsoft Suite has allowed the accuracy of my contributions to remain impeccable. During my time at the University of Houston I had the opportunity to lead multiple cross-functional project teams. My leadership style prioritized communication and consistency. By comprehensively defining project goals, success metrics, available resources, and deadlines, I improved our work efficiency by 60%.
