About Zach Pucillo

I have been in the EHS field for the past 14 years. In 2006 I started at KPA as an environmental health and safety consultant. My experience as a consultant has been in general manufacturing facilities and maintenance facilities. My duties have included consulting, auditing, training, recordkeeping, loss control, and managing the EHS program for 100+ accounts. To further elaborate, my job duties included writing safety programs (i.e. emegency response, hazard communication (GHS), using Microsoft Visio to create facility evacuation maps, conducting safety training classes, onsite environmental and safety auditing, waste minimization, DOT hazmat shipping, hazardous waste management, etc. In 2015 I accepted the position of District Supervisor. I supervise a team of 6 consultants and manage their day to day activities ensuring the highest level of quality service is being delivered to our client base. KPA is an excellent company to work for, I have gained great experience over the past 13 years working as a consultant for them. In 2013 I was awarded the KPA consultant of the year award and I am a 6 time winner of the KPA consultant of the quarter award. I have been voted the Team Supervisor of the quarter on 3 separate occasions and I was voted the 2016 Team Supervisor of the year. In 2013, using professional development opportunities given by KPA, I was able to achieve the Certified Safety Professional designation and followed that up the next year by earning the Certified Hazardous Materials Manager designation. I am also a father of four, so multi-tasking is something I am required to adopt in order to have a great work and home life balance. Being a father of 4, family time is very important to me and I expect my team to be the same way. Additional activities include being a board member of my neighborhood home owners association and I am active in coaching in little league baseball.
