About Zach Rayback

My dream all throughout my childhood/teen years was to work at Disneyland. I’m happy to say I’ve accomplished that dream and am currently an Attractions Host at The Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh. I had the amazing experience of being among a selected group of fellow Cast Members company wide to be a Disney Rep for the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge where I assisted multiple media outlets including Good Morning America on media day. Now that I have fulfilled my dream of working at the Disney Theme Parks, my next dream is to make a career within the film industry. I have a strong passion for making videos. I love every aspect of thinking up something, on-set shoots, and post-production editing. I have completed my studies at Fullerton College and obtained my Certificate in TV/Film Production and look to further my education at a yet-to-be-decided film school. One of the most important job experiences I’ve had before my time at Disney was getting to land a Stage Managing position at my local community theatre. There I got to stage manage multiple productions ranging from small school field trip performances to major musical spectaculars. Some of the most important skills I learned from my time as stage manager. From time management, to communication skills, to leadership skills. I’ve found a perfect balance of work friendships, and getting down to business. My style of leadership is to build friendships with everyone you work with, create a mutual respect for each other, then when it’s time to take charge and get work done (in my case “showtime”) everyone listens to each other and is able to put on a successful production. I look forward to seeing what’s next for me as I pursue my interest in film.
