About Zach Shinavar

Lead of Critical Facilities with experience in both HVAC and Electrical trades, specializing in Data Centers and Critical Facilities. I oversee all critical infrastructure for one of the biggest data center companies in the Phoenix area and have worked on job sites for companies like Iron Mountain, Digital Realty, Boeing and Go Daddy. During this period, I have been recognized as a top performer and continue moving up within the company over the years. I am the lead technician at our Scottsdale Data Center and am continuing to take over more as time goes on. I have consistently updated and upgraded all equipment on site and have greatly increased the efficiency of the building. Some of these successes include creating various procedures to ensure the building is working at its full potential and that people are completing their jobs correctly. My colleagues know me as a highly competitive yet understanding person. They know they can always talk to me when they have technical or administrative questions. I know that to make a large-scale operation as such work that we need to be able to rely on one another and I am a very understanding team player. To help my knowledge in the trade, I have my HVAC Certification and Electrical Certification from The Refrigeration School as well as my CVHS Certification from Trane University. During the time of completing my trade schools, I also received my AAS in General Business from Chandler-Gilbert Community College. I am always interested in connecting with fellow colleagues as our company is so large and worldwide. I am also interested in connecting with old friends in a business format.
