About Zach Steiner

I plan and schedule utility-scale Solar Projects throughout all stages of the Project Life-Cycle. Previously, I assisted companies and their counsel with complex cost and schedule analyses on Construction Projects, primarily related to the Industrial, Agrifood, Utility, and Oil & Gas sectors. My project experience includes power plants (coal-fired, combined-cycle, and nuclear), sports stadiums, off-shore oil platforms, mixed-use high-rise buildings, army bases, and schools. I consult for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, government contractors, and others. I have significant experience performing a variety of complex cost analyses along with Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule analysis. In addition, I have extensive experience providing cost and schedule analysis consulting services related to settlement negotiations, mediations, preparation of expert reports, and trial/arbitration testimony arising from troubled Construction Projects. I apply my knowledge and experience with these Projects to help achieve the successful completion of new and ongoing Projects. I am a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP). In addition, I have received my OSHA 30 certification.
