About Zach Zerger

With over six years of experience as an SIU Fraud Investigator at Travelers, I conduct insurance fraud investigations that focus on identifying application misrepresentation, using fraud analytical tools and reports to detect and deter insurance fraud. I recently graduated with a Master of Science in Cybersecurity to enhance my skills and to protect the interests of Travelers and its customers from fraudulent activities. My core competencies include process improvement, analytical skills, team building, and communication. I have a proven track record of conducting fraud training and awareness, partnering with sales and marketing teams, mentoring and developing new underwriters, and resolving complex property claims. I also have a background in accounting, finance, research, translation, and open source research. My goal is to contribute to the company's growth and reputation and to advance my career in cybersecurity and fraud.
