As a Junior Network Administrator at The Master's University, I support the IT infrastructure and services for over students and staff. I manage the network devices, servers, firewalls, and backups, ensuring the security and reliability of the network. I also troubleshoot and resolve any network issues that arise, collaborating with other IT staff and vendors. I have a passion for technology and innovation, which led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Master's University. During my studies, I also worked as an Intern and later as a Systems Lead for the IT Innovation department, where I developed and implemented new software solutions and tools for the university. I have strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and network administration, and I am always eager to learn more and grow my knowledge. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to contribute to the advancement of technology and the improvement of IT services. I have loved working in the IT field as it allows me to serve my coworkers and clients by solving their network/IT issues and making their lives easier.
