I help brands make smarter decisions through research, strategy, and the smart use of marketing automation and AI. As Director of Marketing Intelligence & AI at EPIC Creative, I work closely with marketers, creatives, and leadership teams to connect research, data analysis, marketing automation, and responsible AI to drive clearer thinking and better work. Whether helping a medtech client understand a complex buyer journey or running UX research to improve a website experience, I strive to make research and data analysis approachable, useful, and aligned with business goals. My work supports primarily B2B (plus select B2C) brands—especially those in medtech and the green industry—who want to- Understand their customers better - Validate strategy or creative ideas with real-world feedback - Test UX, messaging, or product direction before going all-in - Bring more data and clarity into the decision-making process I also chair our internal AI Steering Committee, guiding how we explore and implement AI tools in smart, human-first ways, whether that’s improving workflows or uncovering new ways to look at data.
