I am a S & OP Master Planner II at KBI Biopharma, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization that provides innovative and life-changing biopharmaceutical products for patients in need. With a BS in Microbiology and 5+ years of experience in biotechnology production and downstream protein purification, I have developed core competencies in downstream operations, material requirements, system ownership, manufacturing investigations, change controls, and operational excellence within a GMP environment.As a Global S & OP Master Planner II, my role is unique. I am responsible for reviewing Purchase Requisitions where the value exceeds a certain threshold and SKU rationalization. Moreover, I drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency within the organization. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing, QA, MS & T, engineering, supply chain, IT, and AFS, to optimize manufacturing material requirements, resolve issues, and implement improvements. I have demonstrated skills in data analysis, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork, as well as exposure to various biotechnology tools and techniques. My mission is to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality and efficient biopharmaceutical products for patients in need. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices in the field of biotechnology and advancing my career as a S & OP Master Planner.
