I am an experienced retail worker who creates a positive shopping environment for all customers in order to increase sales and reliability. I work to eliminate the hassles of retail shopping through effective communication and a positive attitude. My mission is to encourage positive communication in retail through kindness and respect for others. I am constantly motivated by the desire to help others and the smiles I see when I effectively do so. I am a skilled communicator with a focus on patience and kindness. Since 2019, I have been rewarded several "compliment cards" from guests regarding my work and have finished with a top score in all my in-store performance reviews. I am an essential employee who serves people in times of crisis. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I helped connect people with products that allowed them to feel safe and secure. Outside of work I love to watch and play sports, and spend time with my Mom, Dad, and two younger brothers.
