As an award-winning educator, instructional leader, and consultant, I bring nearly two decades of experience driving impactful programs, building systems from the ground up, and leading cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals. From founding the first graduating class at Mastery Shoemaker to elevating teacher practice at Relay GSE and delivering scalable SAT ELA interventions through my consultancy, I’ve consistently blended vision with execution to deliver measurable outcomes. Recognized as Philadelphia’s Outstanding Teacher of the Year and a U.S. Department of Education Teaching Fellow Finalist, I’ve used storytelling, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making to inspire progress at the classroom, school, and institutional levels. Whether launching university partnerships, designing national PD, or managing stakeholder communications across complex initiatives, I thrive in mission-aligned, high-accountability environments. As I transition into project management, I’m leveraging this foundation to lead initiatives that require thoughtful planning, agile coordination, and purpose-driven impact.
