I bring 4 years of experience across modular and residential construction, with expertise in both design and estimating. At ATCO Structures, a global leader in modular buildings, I delivered BOQs, Revit documentation, Databuild estimates, and supported tender pricing across projects spanning schools, classrooms, accommodation villages, offices, PWD facilities, control rooms, and healthcare units. I worked closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and consultants to ensure compliance with NCC/BCA standards and accurate costings. Currently at Metricon Homes, I focus on sales estimating and variation orders, liaising with Drafting and Production to resolve joinery and glazing issues while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cost data for fast-paced residential projects.
