About Zack Bonin

My goal is to use my passion for creating new things and transfer that into the technical field that I have been on the periphery all my life. I am excited to use my newly acquired programming knowledge and help my employer to achieve our mutual interests. As an actor and technician at Hewlett Packard, I learned the importance of working as a team and shared knowledge. A show, like a company, can only succeed if all members are working towards the same destination. I worked at the HP location in Rancho Bernardo for fourteen years. In those years I was moved from testing print quality of All-In-One printers, to computer run testing of the AIO printers, to building prototype printers, to leading the department that built the printers, and finally to being the lead technician of a limited quantity assembly line that built 3D scanners. During the last two years of my employment I was also tasked with curating and maintaining documents for my department that would need to pass ISO 9001 standards.
