Mr. Brar is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte within the Core Business Operations portfolio, specializing in Application Modernization and Innovation. He brings 7+ years of professional experience supporting business process automation, software testing, data analytics, and supporting system integrations and implementation within SDLC. His most recent work was as Senior Functional Business Analyst supporting the Digital eXperience Platform (DXP) project, where the CA DMV Vehicle Registration (VR) phase focus was on modernizing its legacy systems, business processes, and service delivery by leveraging Saleforce’s platform to optimize workflow-based processes. This is the second phase of the project, which build upon and expand from the first phase of Occupational Licensing (OL) to deliver a single VR-OL solution. He previously supported the modernization of the Defense Health Agency’s electronic health record system by working with Stakeholders and functional users in generating requirements, uploading and maintaining these requirements throughout their lifecycle, and creating and submitting official deliverables to maintain traceability of all requirement artifacts. He also has experience in supporting end-users with recreating system issues, testing product defects and fixes, supporting the team in regression testing, and creating deliverables for the client. Mr. Brar holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management and currently has an active Secret clearance.
