About Zack Connelly

I am a technology manager who excels in guiding technology projects both large and small. I enjoy fostering a productive and collaborative workplace environment for technical teams with a focus both on execution results and career growth for my team and myself. With over 24 years of IT development and project management experience I am well versed in the software development lifecycle across a distributed environment. I am currently leading web application development initiatives across various program for a US Federal client. Working in an Agile environment, the teams are producing vital, industry-facing applications to help lessen the regulatory burden on constituents while efficiently collecting critical mission data. My current role as engagement portfolio manager includes client management, member management (25+ direct members, 60+ total members), business development, and technical architecture duties. In FY22 this collection of business earned US $9M+. My first 15 years was spent supporting US Government ERP Momentum projects including development, team lead, and organization leadership roles supporting implementation at dozens of federal agencies, including the Department of State, US Courts, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Library of Congress.
