As a Strategic Account Manager in the IP and innovation space, I work with enterprise customers to help them get the most value out of complex, technical software. I focus on long-term partnerships built on trust, shared success, and a deep understanding of each customer’s priorities. During my time in Customer Success, I led implementations across multiple products, built scalable playbooks, and helped define best practices across the customer journey. That foundation shaped how I approach Account Management today. Through a consultative lens, with a focus on solving real problems, sharing meaningful insights and making the complex feel simple. I work best in fast-paced environments where listening, adaptability, and clear communication are key. Whether it’s leading renewals, finding expansion opportunities, driving adoption, or partnering with Product to bring customer insight back to the business, I’m focused on doing what’s best for the customer—because that’s what drives renewals and long-term impact. Always looking to learn, improve, and deliver better outcomes for my customers and my team.
