About Zack Durnell
Problem solving and strategic planning is my bread and butter. I love working with people to create systems and solutions to best execute the tasks at hand. I did not historically choose leadership. It was a calling that I initially tried to avoid. In 2008, I enlisted into the U.S. Army straight out of high school where I was later awarded the Brigadier General's Coin of Leadership. From there, I went on to become a squad leader and eventually led an entire platoon. I studied organized and military leadership at what was then IPFW (currently Purdue Fort Wayne) in the Reserve Officer Training Corps.
