About Zack Gapinski

As Director of Clinical Supply Chain Integration at UC Health, I lead the supply chain operations for a large healthcare system, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of high dollar and commodity essential materials and equipment for patient care in procedural units. With over five years of experience in healthcare supply chain, I have developed strong skills in inventory management, team leadership, and process improvement, resulting in increased efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. I am also pursuing my MBA degree at Miami University, where I am enhancing my knowledge and abilities in supply chain and operations management, as well as other business disciplines, such as finance, marketing, and strategy. My goal is to apply my MBA skills to further optimize the clinical supply chain performance and contribute to the mission and vision of UC Health. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
