About Zack Hamilton

I’m a medical imaging professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Medical Imaging, focused in Computed Tomography. During my time at 3DR Labs, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through several roles including Level 3 Technologist, QA Flex Tech, Team Lead, and Cardiac Center of Excellence Technologist. Those experiences helped build a strong foundation in advanced imaging and quality-focused clinical workflows. Today I work as a Clinical Software Specialist, where I combine my imaging background with an interest in technology and workflow improvement. My role focuses on testing and validating medical imaging post-processing software to ensure it meets our standards for performance, reliability, and clinical output. I review new software updates, evaluate new tools and features, and work with clinical teams, training staff, IT, and vendors to support implementation within our workflows. More recently I’ve also begun working with our AI Labs team, helping with oversight of the AI imaging applications we offer as well as assisting with testing and troubleshooting when needed. What I enjoy most is being able to bridge the gap between the clinical side of imaging and the technology that supports it. Whether it’s improving processes, helping evaluate new tools, or supporting teammates as new software rolls out, I like being someone others can rely on to help make things run smoothly. I’m always looking to keep learning and connect with others who are interested in where medical imaging and healthcare technology are heading.
