I’ve been passionate about the glazing industry since 2005, when I first discovered how rewarding it is to bring architectural vision to life through precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on projects ranging from small storefronts to complex, multi-level structures. Within a few years, I advanced into a supervisory role and earned my Red Seal certification, which allowed me to lead projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. In 2015, I joined the Flynn team, where I’ve continued to grow as both a professional and a leader. Since then, I’ve taken on many roles, since 2024 i have taken the role of Service Glazing Account Manager, in this role, I’m dedicated to guiding teams, solving challenges, and ensuring that every project we deliver meets the highest standards. I thrive on collaboration, mentoring others in the trade, and helping clients achieve results they can depend on.
