About Zack Pendergrass

At Carolina Streetscapes, we provide turn-key solutions for neighborhood amenities; including mailbox kiosks, street signs, playground, shelters, sport courts, and so much more. We stretch the majority of the coastal North and South Carolinas into the piedmont area. When we speak of turn-key, the best example is how we handle mailbox kiosks (CBU’s). We work directly with the USPS, removing that burden from our clients, so that they can focus on the rest of the process. Once we install the CBU’s, we hand the keys off to our in-house postal specialist, who goes through and assigns each key to a lot and street address, creates a matrix, and communicates directly with the postmaster for that area. Once we get approval, we will organize and hand deliver the keys to you, in time for any closings for new homeowners.
