Over the past 7 years, I’ve led both people and operations in two distinct industries: fitness and technology. At Life Time, I manage a $1M+ personal training business as Personal Training Leader, where I doubled revenue in 6 months, built a sales team from zero to $5K+/month per rep in 90 days, and sustained top personal sales performance. Prior to that, I worked in IT at Wilson Tool, where I implemented enterprise CRM systems, migrated customer accounts, and drove company-wide adoption of Microsoft Teams. What ties my experience together is a focus on three things: Business Development & Sales Growth – consistently exceeding revenue targets while training others to do the same.
