As someone who is technically diverse, an effective communicator, and a responsive problem-solver, I enjoy working with my clients to remove any barriers that keep them from achieving their business goals. Since technology plays such an essential role in today’s workplaces, I offer solid advice about a growing number of product lines that handle everything from private cloud space to the all-important aspects of cybersecurity. In my Director of Operations role at AFScott, I wear a lot of hats. My main responsibilities include overseeing the progress of day-to-day functions, managing procurement processes, reviewing client support procedures to enhance customer satisfaction, establishing the requirements, goals, and timelines for technical projects, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. I ran my own business prior to working at AFScott and have worked with computers and electronics from a very young age. In fact, I built my first computer when I was 8 years old. From there I taught myself to code, and then I moved on to servers and system architecture. With over ten years of experience in the Information Technology sector, I have an extensive background in related technological industries. If there’s a secret to my success, it’s my willingness to go above and beyond for my clients, and I’m proud of the excellent rapport I have with so many of them.
