About Zack Scott

I am a versatile pharmacist professional in the healthcare industry with experience from a demonstrated history of working in areas such as a major pharmaceutical sales representative, retail pharmacist, nuclear pharmacist, and hospital pharmacist. My experience offers a detail-oriented pharmacist facilitating the execution of core competencies for leadership, interpersonal skills, self-motivation/drive, critical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, flexibility/adaptability, change management, and continuous healthcare educational learning. Healthcare work is teamwork. I pride myself on being a great engaged team player utilizing clear leadership and excellent communication skills, enabling team members to highlight their strengths in the contributions made with departmental strategies to achieve defined goals and objectives. In August 2018, I embarked on a strategy to develop my management skills by enrolling in the Ohio University Master in Health Administration (MHA) degree program. I graduated in December 2020 with my MHA degree, a degree emphasizing healthcare evidence-based management principles. I am a clinical pharmacist managing the learned MHA degree knowledge, expanded skill sets, and healthcare industry experience for accepting more responsibility in departmental and organizational strategy, implementation, and outcome successes.
