About Me Over the past 10+ years, I’ve supported hundreds of job seekers—and read more resumes than I can count. I specialize in helping people navigate the job market with confidence, whether they’re brand new to the workforce, switching careers, or starting over in a new country. I’ve facilitated hundreds of workshops, led hiring fairs and employer showcases, and built strong partnerships with local businesses to open doors for my clients. In my current role as Team Lead at Regina Open Door Society, I lead initiatives like Career Link and Tech Skills Showcase, while also supporting the delivery of programs like Career Bridging and English for Employment. I collaborate with instructors, employment counsellors, and employers to make meaningful employment connections across Regina. Whether it's helping a newcomer land their first Canadian job or supporting an employer with inclusive hiring strategies, I focus on practical, people-first solutions that lead to real results.
