About Zackery Baldwin

At Shawmut Design and Construction, I work as an assistant superintendent engaging with and learning from the best in the business as we work together on the Walmart world headquarters campus. I worked with project packages ranging from $50M all the way up to $100M. At Unified Business Technologies (UBT), Inc, I worked as a construction superintendent on various federal projects with the GSA, the USAF, and the USFWS. I delivered quality products in an adequate timeframe, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and safety protocols. I have successfully completed ground-up constructions, renovations, and repairs, ranging from $500K to $15M in contract value. I hold multiple certifications, including USACE Quality Control Manager, OSHA 30, and Google Project Management. I am also working towards getting my CAPM and Procore certifications to enhance my skills and knowledge in the construction industry. In addition, I am pursuing a BS degree in operations management and supervision at Southern New Hampshire University, aiming to graduate in May 2025. I am a young, driven, and fast-paced learner who is always looking for opportunities to increase my employable value and push into new regions.
