I am a highly experienced Technical Manager and Design Leader with a strong architectural background in the UK construction industry since 2003. My expertise spans every stage of project delivery, leading technical detailing, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring structured transitions from design to construction across residential, commercial, transport (rail), leisure, and mixed-use schemes. I specialise in delivering technically demanding, large scale developments, offering a strategic blend of design insight and on-site construction. As an NEC4 ECC-accredited Supervisor, I also bring extensive experience in client monitoring roles providing independent oversight, reporting, and quality control that safeguard the client’s position throughout the build. My core strengths include: • Managing design coordination from RIBA Stage 3–6+ • Leading reviews and ensuring compliance with ERs, specs, and regs • Running technical workshops and construction package reviews • Spotting early design/spec risks and resolving issues before they hit site • Tracking progress, producing reports, and liaising with all project stakeholders • Ensuring quality on site through inspections, photo records, and defect tracking I have solid experience using REVIT (12+ years), AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and other industry standard tools such as Fieldview, Asite and ViewPoint, supporting the production and coordination of BIM-integrated design deliverables. I aim to support effective collaboration across disciplines by helping translate design intent into practical, buildable solutions.
