Background

About Zaffarullah

I build AI automation systems that replace manual operations with intelligent, scalable infrastructure and I've done it in production, not just in proof-of-concepts.My background is unusual: I'm an operator-turned-engineer. I ran business operations for a Dubai construction company, identified exactly where AI could eliminate manual work, then built those systems myself. That combination, understanding real business workflows and knowing how to automate them, is what separates the systems I build from ones that look good in demos but break in the real world. What I build-> RAG pipelines and LLM agents (OpenAI / Claude / Gemini) connected to real business data-> End-to-end N8N workflow automation replacing manual operations across CRM, WhatsApp, email, and internal tools-> AI Operating Systems: self-hosted architectures on Linux/Docker (Hetzner/AWS) cutting SaaS costs by 90%-> Voice and chat agents, lead qualification systems, invoice automation, and knowledge base deploymentsDelivered outcomes-> WhatsApp-GPT integration: 500+ monthly automated conversations across 3 clients, 50% fewer support tickets-> AI lead qualification system: 80% reduction in manual processing for a Dubai-based company-> Invoice and follow-up automation saving 200+ hours/month-> RAG-based estimation bot handling 500+ queries across multiple client environmentsTech stack:Python · N8N · OpenAI/Claude/Gemini APIs · LangChain · PostgreSQL · Supabase · pgvector · Docker · Linux · HubSpot API · WhatsApp Business API · Cursor · Claude CodeI work on B2B contracts via Leguas Aclamadas (Portugal, EU).
